Schedule 

Doors open 30 minutes before each class

Just bring a yoga mat, towel and water or all are available for hire at our studio.

Shower facilities available so bring an extra towel if needed

Be prepared to sweat so wear comfortable, light clothing.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early

• Arrive with an empty stomach

• No need to book, just drop in!

• All classes 90 minutes except Advanced (Please contact studio direct for further details)
